Going green stands for simplicity and subtleness one finds in nature.  At the center of your dining table put a garland of leaves and wild colorful flowers in crisscross manner.  Set small candles in terracotta candleholder on each vertex. The entire decoration is to be placed on a white tablecloth spread only along the middle of the table, leaving uniform space on both the sides.

In another case you can put a bunch of white tulip flowers in a glass flower vase with the help of pin holder and a few red tropical anthuriums along with branches of ilex berries in another vase. Add green Molucella to bring a balance. Now, make a garland only with leaves available in your garden, tie both the ends, place it on the table to form the numerical eight and put each vase in each loop. The entire arrangement can be made on an off-white table cloth designed with embroidered small flowers.

Spread a maroon table cloth along the centre, leaving spaces to house tablemat, plates, napkins, spoons and forks etc on either side in a symmetric way. Make two garlands made with green leaves and cherry blossom, to bring a snowy effect. Place them along the edge of the maroon cloth. Line the middle with transparent small glass pots, each one holding a small white candle. Light them up. With the reflection of those lit candles in the eyes of your close ones, celebrate Christmas!{pics from bhg.com}.
