The studio does both small and large scale projects and always uses a creative approach while also finding the most efficient design solution. For these architects beauty has nothing to do with the budget and sustainability has become a way of life.

This amazing house occupies an area of 300 square meters and sits on a lot between the ocean and the jungle with breathtaking views of both. The structure rests against the back of a steep hill. The decision to build it like that allowed the architects to offer it natural protection from the falling debris.

What’s surprising about this house is the fact that the interior spaces are neither inside or out, always being somewhere in between. This design strategy was chosen in order to emphasize the views and to make the most of the site and its wonderful orientation.

The design of the residence is unique in the sense that it’s as if the whole house is exposed to its surroundings and gives up the concept of privacy in favor of the extraordinary views. There’s also this seamless transition between the interior spaces and the outdoor features such as the pool or the deck.
