High class apartment in a historic building

This apartment is located in a building that dates back to 1913 and has a beautiful and romantic appearance. The apartment however has been completely restored. This doesn’t mean that now it’s in contrast with the rest of the building because it has been restored preserving the original design. The rooms are 3.25 m high and the apartment is very airy and bright.

The restoration was difficult and it took a lot of time but in the end the apartment has been restored to its original beauty. The interior décor is elegant and chic, featuring several stylish details like the silver-plated door handles, the tiles or the wall paintings. There are also some modern additions, like the under floor heating for example.

The apartment features large windows that let the natural light get inside. The dining room is separated by the other rooms through double door. It’s very spacious and it includes a large dining table. The dining room is also linked to a balcony and the living room. The apartment also includes 2 quiet bedrooms, a laundry room and a spacious kitchen facing the courtyard. All the rooms have either parquet floors or elegant tiles, bright walls or wallpaper and large windows. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment, with a stylish interior design and very beautiful furniture.{found on skeppsholmen}
