The apartment has been decorated using tones of blues, grays and greens and the inspiration came from outside, more exactly from the water that can be admired from the condo. Among these serene shades of color there are also some hints of orange, red and yellow that make everything pop. The apartment also features several different patterns. You might think that so many patterns and colors might result in a busy décor. However, the apartment is very airy and light.

The result is an eclectic style and a mix of colors not only surprising but also soothing and relaxing. Achieving this result wasn’t easy, especially given the building’s history.

The building was originally built in 1918 to serve as a hotel but it was converted into an apartment complex in the 1950s. In 1970s these became condos. This means that the design and structure was already an eclectic mix. This apartment only tries to make the best of the situation and to continue the history. So instead to try to remove or ignore these elements the owners decided to embrace them and include them into their plan.{found on att}.
