Green interior ideas for your home

Green results by combining blue and yellow, so we may say it’s a mediator between cold and worm. It is a calming cool color, which is related to the terrestrial area, not with the astral one, so it’s a cozy color, with which we are used.  Green is the color of spring, a symbol of hope, youth and fecundity. If you choose to paint your room in green you may observe that it makes you more creative, calm and joyful as a child.

I am one of the persons who painted their bedroom in green and yellow, without knowing the colors meaning and now I can confirm what is stated above. Of course, there are plenty combinations and hues for green and you may also paint in green absolutely any room of your house. There are so many hues, that you sure have from where to choose: spring green, icy mint, deep forest, olive green any many more.

The advantage of green is that, compared with other colors, you may use it also for details and for the entire room, without fearing a failure. It is not a risky color and it fits a lot of combinations. By painting your room in green, you will bring inside your house a piece of nature. This is why in green rooms you may add some flowers or ornamental trees, just to strengthen the idea of nature. Near green you can add other warm colors, such as orange, yellow, cream, browns, but sometimes you can even add some details painted in aggressive cold colors, such as blue, fuchsia or violet.

Green’s complementary color is red. So if you want to put the accent on some object or detail, you should play with these two colors and it will surely stand out.  If you want to create a wild nature resembling room, on the background of a green wall you may add a wooden rough table.{pics from decorati}.
