The house was built on an existing foundation of a previous residence which was demolished. A rigid program of an site waste was implemented. Moreover in order to alleviate the impacts of enlarging the footprint of the house eco-roofs were implemented to collect additional storm-water.

Siting on a 5,500 square feet plot, of which 2,700 sqf occupied by the house, it is designed to appreciate the land.
