Four-story sonte villa near Dubrovnik

This impressive villa is located in the village of Zaton, near Dubrovnik, Croatia. It’s a lovely and spacious residence that could be used either as a single-family home or a vacation rental for friends and family. With the international airport at the southern end of Dubrovnik just minutes away, it would be a convenient choice.

The villa comprises eight beautiful bedrooms and it offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. It’s a real jewel and it can now be purchased for 1.75 MILLION EUROS ($2.3 MILLION). The villa was built in 2005 and it features an impressive stone façade. It was originally designed as a residence for a large family but it’s also great as a vacation rental. On the second floor there’s the owner’s two-bedroom unit. In addition to that the villa also includes a one-bedroom apartment and five studios spread over five floors.

Each of the bedrooms has its own bath and kitchenette. The interior decors are simple, casual but cozy and inviting as the same time. The structure of the villa is made of gray stone and features a red-tiled roof. The property includes, besides the actual residence, a one-car garage and a gated courtyard with a swimming pool.

The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and it offers views over the courtyard and the pool. It’s situated near an exercise room. The owner’s two-bedroom unit takes up the entire second floor. The kitchen is large and spacious and features cream ceramic tiled floors and large windows overlooking the patio. It has been furnished with white cabinets and stainless steel hardware. The living room is very inviting and has beautiful oak floors and soft yellow walls. It’s connected to a balcony through sliding glass doors. The balcony offers amazing views of the garden and the Adriatic Sea. The living room is also connected to the master bedroom. On the same floor there’s also a bathroom with both bathtub and shower and yellow and white walls.

The villa is very spacious and the interior is indeed delightful. The main entrance opens to a patio reached via a stone staircase. The patio is wonderful for spending outdoor time and maybe even having breakfast there while admiring the views. The villa is wonderful and it also benefits from a very good location. It’s close to restaurants, shops, newsstands and a post office and the harbor is just five minutes away.{found on nytimes}.
