Fashion designer Alexandre Herchcovitch Sao Paulo Home

From time to time we like to take a look at houses that belong to professional designers, just to see how their work influences their home. This beautiful residence belongs to fashion designer Alexandre Herchcovitch. The house is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Given the fact that the house belongs to a fashion designer, we can safely assume that the owner has a strong sense when it comes to combining colors, textures and styles.Designing a house is not the same as designing a dress for example but there are some similar elements.

The designer left the interior walls unfinished. It was an intentional choice. The rough finish becomes a focal point inside the house. In the case of white walls, they serve as a blank canvas for all the art pieces. In this case there’s o need for extra decorations. The walls themselves become a piece of art in this case.Inside this beautiful and unconventional house there are rough finishes, plaster cracks and chipping remains that have been left untouched.

The living room is the most impressive room of all. It’s a very artistic area, with lots of colorful decorations and remarkable art pieces on the walls and all over the place. The column is an interesting element. Moreover, there are several styles that have been combined in there. The furniture is very elegant, stylish and with a beautiful vintage look.{found on theselby}.
