Extensive three bedroom penthouse by Coco Republic Interior Design

This spacious penthouse is located on Newcastle Beach in New South Wales, Australia. It had a wonderful location, beautiful views and it was situated in a luxurious building with very beautiful architecture. It’s why the owners of the penthouse felt that it needed a makeover to fit with the rest of the building and to also have a more modern look.

The penthouse was completely remodeled by Australian studio Coco Republic Interior Design. Over a 5 month period it became the stylish space you see in the pictures. The three bedroom penthouse has an impressive floor plan and now also has the stylish interior décor to go with it. In order to achieve this image, the designers opted for soft and natural materials such as timber, stone and jute to create a comfortable and casual décor that would also feel elegant and even sophisticated. They also opted for a light color palette with tones of grey, beige, brown, white and black.

The furniture used for the new décor is contemporary, minimalist and it has timeless designs that will serve its owners for many years to come. The penthouse was decorated with personalized accessories such as artifacts, artwork and family photographs. The living room features a fireplace and a mirror above it that creates interesting images and light effects during the day. The whole place was designed in a way that would make each room functional, comfortable but also elegant and chic.
