Dream Lake House in Nevada

Most of the people dream of a lake house that awaits them to spend their weekends in. They remember childhood’s fishing trips and they work hard to obtain such a house. When seeing the Cliff House project made by Mark Dziewulski Architect studio they realize that all the ideas and sketches they kept in mind in time don’t make even a half of the perfect lake house.

Looking from the top of the hill the lake house in Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Nevada fits perfectly the geographical relief, underlining the mountains and the lake with its five overlapping curved roofs fanned out towards the lake. Made out of glass, concrete and steal the five story house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garden room, a library, a garage, a spa and gym room and even a guest suite. The access in the building is thru the stair and elevator tower made out of glass also. Like any other lake house it has its own pier.

Indoors decorations are elegant and stylish and every little thing reminds you that you are near a lake as if the wide view wouldn’t be enough. The tubs in the bathrooms are shaped like boats while the shower cabins look like a shell. The best place to be in this house is the terrace which gives you full view to the lake while in the back you have a stylish and modern round fireplace right in the middle of the room.Make the fire and sail away!
