Curl Curl House in Sydney, Australia

Today we would like to present you a luxurious house designed by CplusC Architects. Located in Curl Curl, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, this unique residence is a masterpiece and a sanctuary to retreat to.

Siting on a 259sqm plot this gorgeous house was an exercise in material, time and cost efficiency. Exploiting the structural and aesthetic benefits of timber, the architects managed to create a contemporary oasis. Moreover the exterior of the house is dressed in wood, a thing that gives it a lavish feel. The residence is also surrounded by glorious wildlife, a sea of green and brown that creates a homely touch.

The Northern Beach residence features two bedrooms with built-in robes, bathroom/laundry, an open plan dining, kitchen, living space and a deck. Due to a shared driveway and a compact site the architects managed to maximize the internal floor area without sacrificing external amenity. Furthermore the building responds to changing climatic conditions through natural ventilation, two integral fish ponds and vegetation, that cool the summer breeze, and timber screening to shade living areas, also providing privacy.

With beautiful views of the Australian scenery, modern furnishings and amazing architecture, this residence is a first class property. The Curl Curl House is a warm and welcoming place to land for you and your family.
