Cozy LA apartment filled with vintage treasures

This lovely apartment is located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. It covers a surface of 700 square feet and it’s currently used by Joshua Alvarenga who has been renting it for a year. He lives here with his cat Valentino and they both love it. They tried to make it as cozy as possible and as personalized as possible.

The apartment features a beautiful vintage décor. Joshua brought with him a;; the furniture and personal treasures that he has been collecting over the years. He made them an important part of the décor. But, even though he personalized the apartment in an effort to make it feel like a real home, he also preserved the original architecture and even tried to bring out the best in the Spanish influence of the building’s architecture. This one bedroom apartment has become a treasure itself.

Each room has been decorated in a way that showcases its best features. The whole apartment feels very cozy and inviting, especially since the décor is vintage. It was decorated with artwork and photographs and the colors and textures have been beautifully combined. Joshua chose a classic vintage décor because he wanted this apartment to show his love for Los Angeles and Hollywood. This style is a reflection of his dreams and travels and it’s why it’s so complex. This apartment is like a cozy retreat, away from the stress of the city.{found on apartmenttherapy}.
