Contemporary Wooden Paneling Apartment in Hong Kong

Latest home renovation by Fixonic is an apartment in Hong Kong Island, with walls inspired by the mountains retreat, giving you the impression of more space than an apartment with normal painted walls.

As you enter the apartment you appear to be surrounded by wood and of course nature itself. This thing was made possible by using contemporary wood panels on the walls and matching them with the floors. Everywhere you look everything fits and resembles to wood perfectly. The windows are wide to open the room by letting more light thru.

The kitchen and the bathroom are the only rooms with sandstone floors but they have the walls made from similar to wood panels also although in different shades. The dining room awaits you serve your meals at its similar to office table and sit on a chair that appears to be from a bank to provide you with the idea of new opposing the wood everywhere. The sofa in the living room has similar to wood texture and the drapes are dark brown for a little contrast.

The bedroom has matching shades also and even the bed platform is made of similar materials and incorporates room-width headboard and bedsides installation. If you look closely there is also a hidden closet near the bed that appears to be only a wall. The whole apartment is made trying to hide all the appliances in order to use best the space.

Take a good breath and feel that smell, it’s wood essence everywhere!
