The Motorhome was intended as a semi-retirement house and therefore it’s currently a combination between an exotic holyday house and a cozy home. The views over the sea in the distance and over the coast are very beautiful and a perfect for both the home and the holyday retreat. The Port Fairy area where this house is situated is known as a preferred location for couples that move into retirement. They choose this location because it’s a place where they can enjoy the warmth of the home and the beauty of the open road.

As for the design of the Motorhouse, on one side there’s a hermetic, metal box that contains the private rooms of the house like the bedrooms and the bathroom. On the other side there’s an open plan kitchen, living and dining area facing north. The overall design is contemporary and the division of the rooms is functional and according to the concept of the house.
