Colorful Pluto Bench by Simon Pengelly

From old times man has been fascinated by space. He was attracted by the shining stars, the blue sky or the unknown open space. Probably, one day each of us asked oneself about the life on another planet or about the unexplored and endless open space. We think of other different forms of life that might exist and might provide other sources of surviving for our existence.

The British designer Simon Pengelly remembers us about these questions by creating the Pluto Bench. The flat surface of the bench and its shape make us think of the round shape of the planets and the endless space that needs to be explored and discovered. It also looks like a space ship which is ready to land on the surface of the space that we need to fill up with furniture or just decorate it.
