Atelier Waechter is the company behind this amazing classy renovated house, which was built in the year 1947 as a Cape Cod style house. The highly function and compact renovated modern house boasts 1400 square feet. The two floors of the house have been imparted with distinct features so that the house stands out.

The first floor of the house has the living area, kitchen and dining area. A wooden box containing storage and powder room along with stairs is placed near to the center of the room. In addition, the second floor houses the private bedroom area. It has a very nice design, both in terms of exterior design as well as of interior décor.

It has a unique design. It seems common, but there’s something special about this house. It’s another rare combination between modern and traditional details. First of all, the structure of the house is ambiguous. In the front it looks like a quiet traditional home, but the other side is more modern than you would have expected. And the interior is also surprising. The most odd part in the staircase, that seems to have been hidden in that structure. It’s not a common detail, to see a staircase built in a structure that also contains storage space. But this, together with other details, is what makes this house stand out.
