Classy and Elegant Leschi Residence

The Adams Mohler Ghillino Architects recently finished a new project called Leschi Residence. The house is located in Seattle overlooking Lake Washington and has a stunning view of the Cascade Mountain Range to the Northeast and Southeast.

Although the house has 3300 square feet, seen from outside it looks pretty small due to its irregularly shape and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living a dining and a kitchen open space, a fire pit, a study room and a studio. Besides that the residence has a garage and three decks: a normal deck, a barbeque deck and a roof deck.

If you look at it from behind you will only see the garage and what seems to be a little room in the upper floor but if you come take a closer look from the front you will see that it has three parts: the concrete garage, the single-story guest quarters and the three-story block of the main house. In harmony with the irregularly shape of the residence, the interior gathers elegant rough and striped designs and that together with the tall and wide windows offer the best view of the surroundings.

The stairs are the most elegant possession of the house, giving it a firm touch while the area rug completes the classy design with its geometrical shapes colored in many shades of brown. You can easily make all you desire in this house, just put your imagination at work!{found on archdaily}
