If you have ever visited a cave with sharp pillars of icicles on the floor and on the ceiling, then you know the view is spectacular and unforgettable. But how about it being a source of inspiration for the creation of some lighting device ? AT least that is what I thought when I first saw the Clair floor lamp.

And you can understand my feeling since it is supposed to be on the floor. It looks just like an inverted icicle that is lit from the inside and casts a discreet light around it. It is pretty long , but beautiful and original. It was designed by Giuseppe Vigano and you can admire it in the following photos.
