Monochromatic wingback headboard in a soft green shade

Wingback headboards are classic and they’re also elegant. They also have a few characteristics that make them versatile and beautiful regardless of the design. For example, they are generally defined by soft lines and delicate details. Still, they are not overly feminine so they’re perfect for shared bedrooms. They also feature clean lines for a classical and simple look and they’re often decorated with nailhead trims. The tufting further makes the wingback headboards look glamorous and they soften the clean lines.

Kurumba Maldives, the first private island resort

Kurumba Maldives is known as the first private island resort and one of the finest touristic destinations. “Kurumba” is a Maldivian word which means “coconut” and this should give a clue about the 5 star resort, the best example of luxury and tranquility, both on the sandy shores and the azure waters of the Indian Ocean, in the North Male Atoll, but also in the 180 luxury bungalows and villas. Everything seems to belong to a different world, one in which perfection exists. Accommodation includes art facilities and a contemporary warm design that makes you feel more than welcome.

The Deluxe and Superior rooms are unique with their graceful, colonial style with spacious interiors, open- air showers and sunny ocean-side balconies. The resort’s signature is Deluxe Beach Bungalows and it seems they have thought about everything if we look at the garden including an outside shower and spacious decking veranda, the nine restaurants providing the finest variety and quality of food.

Bean Sofa with Pedestal Base

Normally every piece of furniture has four legs, but there are a lot of exceptions, of course. For example this beautiful Bean Sofa with Pedestal Base has an unusual, but very comfortable base that has been used for benches for centuries. It is a traditional method of giving the furniture stability. The base is made of wood and has a very interesting design, being made of two wooden piece that support every part of the sofa which get attached to the cross legs, making up an interesting wooden base. Rainbow Shower Head

I technically know the rainbow is a perfectly normal and natural optical phenomenon caused by the reflection of white light in the water drops and then its splitting in the seven colours that are its components, but I am still amazed when seeing a rainbow in the sky. It’s sort of magical and beautiful, pleasing the eyes. So I was very happy when I found this unusual and interesting rainbow shower head for sale on Amazon.

This shower head is a totally usual one, except the fact that it has some nice and colourful LEDs incorporated and these LEDs are lit one by one every few seconds, casting a different colour light every time. The cycle repeats automatically and the LEDs are powered by the water pressure when you have a shower, so you do not need any batteries to make this work. You simply replace the present shower head with this one and enjoy a colourful shower and the experience of chromatherapy.Oh, one last thing: you can buy one for just $29.

Private one person room by Paolo Maldotti

Have you ever felt like you could just drop everything and leave somewhere where you could have some privacy? There are moments when a person needs to be alone, to have its own space. In some happy cases, that person can just take off and go somewhere. But there are also cases when this is impossible. For this particular situation, designer Paolo Maldotti has come up with a very ingenious idea.

He created a mobile room, for one person. It’s like a personal sanctuary where someone can just forget about everything for a moment. This is actually an egg-shaped structure divided in 8 segments. 6 of them are fixed while 2 are mobile. It’s a space that someone can decorate and furnish according to its personal needs and preferences. You can turn it into a personal reading space, into a TV-room, into a mini-spa or into anything else as long as the limited space allows you to.
