Recycled Plastic Outdoors Planter

Winter is not the best season for apartment plants, so I can’t wait for the summer to come , so that I can take all my plants outside, where they thrive. They need the sun warmth and light, but also the water we pour in the planters. Oh, of course, and they need the planters that hold them and keep them in the ground. Well, nowadays there is a real trend of recycling everything around because of all the pollution in the world, so people started recycling plastic, too. It is a known fact that when obtaining plastic items you need a lot of energy and you create a lot of air noxes, so recycling plastic seems like a good idea. This recycled plastic is now used for making outdoors planters.

This special planter was created by Loll Designs , a Minnesota-based company that produced many items for outdoors. The planter is very nice to look at and also very useful, as you do not need to make any maintenance for it in any kind of weather. No season is difficult enough for this planter and it is not affected by weather and climate. The planter is big enough to hold a big plant, even a small fir-tree that you can use as a Christmas tree next year. The item is now available for $169.

The citycamp swing by Annette Hinterwirth

Everybody loves swings. It’s practically impossible to hate them. Of course, some of us enjoy relaxing in them while others like to test its resistance. Petrified Wood as Outdoor Stool or Table

Nature never ceases to amaze me because it offers examples of incredible imagination that no human could have ever done. For example nature decides to transform things into completely different things that are even more beautiful than in the beginning. I am talking here of Petrified Wood as Outdoor Stool or Table. Yes, there is wood that is now petrified because nature decide to “play” a little bit with it and bury tree trunks in the sand. The sand compounds and all the other circumstances like temperature and pressure managed to replace all the wood cells in the trunk and make them petrified. But the funny thing is that these trunks or trunk pieces still keep their original shape and look as logs. They are simply amazing.

Oval Rattan Trays

I can’t wait for the weekend to come and to stay at home, resting and being spoiled, having a good time and sleeping until late. Well, whether you are the one getting breakfast in bed or you prepare it for someone, if you like having dinner or lunch out on the porch, terrace or garden or if you simple have to move some plates with food and water bottles, then you certainly need a tray to do this. And rattan trays are the best one you can get because they are flexible and nice, do not get broken or rusty and look very well.

They are very useful around the house because you can use them for various activities like transporting books and even flower pots, anything small in size, but big in number that can’t be held in your arms, but must be moved from one to place to another. The trays are obviously made of rattan, which is a natural material. They are offered in sets of three trays, each of them having a different colour: white, brown and black. Cypress Rollback Swing

I know it’s still winter and cold, but it is not a bad idea to purchase some outdoor furniture for the summer that will come in a few months because it is cheaper now and because it’s a good deal. I am going to show you a special item that I think is spectacular and also simple in design. It is the Cypress Rollback Swing. What is so special about it is the fact that you can use it as a normal patio or garden bench, but if you change your mind and want a swing, you can take it off the support and hang it from a string metal or wooden frame. And then you will have a swing.

Gathering Basket

If you live in a house with a garden, no matter how big or small, you will find a basket to be really useful. Whether you have a vegetable garden and need a basket to gather the crop and place it in it or maybe just pick some flowers and place them there till you get in the house, a basket is handy and easy tp use. Any way the basket I am going to present now is a bit different as it is made of wire. That means that you can use it outdoors and indoors , too, without the fear of damaging it if you wet it or if you leave it on the ground in the garden overnight. It is called a Gathering Basket because you gather all the things that you need in it.

It is very simple in design, yet very creative. The guys from Haus Interior did a great job when manufacturing it and this makes it so nice and handy. The basket is merely a wire skeleton of a basket, but you can use it any way you like it. You can leave it like this, simple and bare and place things you need to store in it or maybe vegetables for the winter, grass or whatever you need to. But you can also embellish it by adding some cloth or a napkin and turn it into your living room centerpiece when filled with a flower arrangement or some fruit. And everything for $26.

The Ludwig table and bench set by Alexander Seifried

I don’t know if you’re familiar with those Bavarian Beer Gardens and usually have a particular type of benches and tables. Anyway, they’re similar to this set but with a cheaper look. Alexander Seifried decided to take that design to another level and he came up with this lovely Ludwig set.

Alexander Seifried designed this furniture collection in 2007/2008. The inspiration came from the Bavarian Beer Gardens. The Ludwig table and bench are crafted from metal and wood. They have a foldable steel base that’s been powder-coated for outdoor use. This way they’re both durable and resistant. They also feature solid thick Larch tops that have been strengthened with internal stainless steel rods. The design is actually very simple but it’s obvious that the quality is high and that the piece are very functional and practical.
