When you turn a hired building into an office and want to separate more cubicles or little offices for different employees, you need to separate the original rooms into smaller ones , if possible without deteriorating the original structure. This is also useful for your home, too, when you have only one room for example and want to make some private space for you that will be private and separate you from the other half that belongs to a room mate or friend. Or maybe you want to separate that one room into a hallway and bedroom. Any way – the possibilities are multiple. But the only problem is how to do that without actually building extra walls and also making the space look good.

Google office in Moscow, Russia
Milan, Sydney, Stockholm and now Moscow, Russia .Google has awesome offices around the world where you can find games rooms, popcorn candy machines, fully stocked kitchens and many more useful things .I guess it’s a pleasure to work in a Google Office.

Unlike the other Google offices presented here, this one, located in Moscow, has a different design. It seems a little more vintage and cozy. It seems more like a big family home than like an office. That could be a good thing, making the workers feel more appreciated and part of a big family, and this would make them feel more comfortable at the workplace.
Microsoft Pioneer Studios Office
Microsoft surprised us with the new Pioneer Studios Office which was designed by SkB Architects starting from the idea that need a space to socialize at night as well as it functioned during the day .

This is actually a little less impressive than I would have expected it to be. It’s a beautiful and elegant place but I expected a little more color and…fun. But I guess the Microsoft people are more hardworking and less interested in having fun at work. When analyzing the interior design, you can see that it’s modern, simple and somewhat impressing. I can see that it looks like a very functional design, but still, it’s a little depressing.

Working at home is probably seen as a better alternative by many of us. But there are some aspects you have to consider in this case. It’s not easy to concentrate at home, especially when you’re not alone in there. So it’s probably a very good idea to create your own working space, preferably in a separate room of the house. This way you can concentrate on your work without being distracted by the others. But even then, you have to consider choosing the right desk for you. It has to be functional and to allow you to have easy access everywhere. It has to be comfortable to sit at as well.
Here’s an idea of a simple home office design. It has basically everything you need, without exaggerating with the details and the size. There are quite a lot of drawers where you can store everything you need, a computer desk and some space for other accessories. It’s not a big structure, so it’s perfect for any home, even for a small apartment. It’s a place where you can work in peace and still feel comfortable.Available for 680$.
Minimalistic bin by Shigeichiro Takeuchi
Most of the times the most simple things are the best or at least you are convinced that they show good taste. And if at home you are completely free to show your personality by choosing whatever design you may like for your furniture and the color that you love for the walls, when you are at the office you must make sure everything looks professional and is good taste because this makes always a good impression on the clients.

Today’ s topic of discussion is a very simple and nice … office bin. You would not think too much when buying this item, but this one looks really nice and is both very useful and good looking. The most important feature of this bin is that it looks nothing like a bin, so you can place it anywhere in the office, without the need to hide it like you normally do with bins. It actually is a white plastic cylinder that has a wooden lid. Thanks to the leaning position of the lid, it looks almost like a tree trunk, which is really cool and you can take it for an interior design object rather than recognizing a bin. But this is exactly the purpose of the designer, the Japanese artist named Shigeichiro Takeuchi.
Modern furniture for multi-desk offices
Unlike homes, which must be warm and welcoming, offices must be professional. They must show professionalism and also to provide very good working conditions. And, since today’s offices very rarely come into direct contact with the clients, they should be designed so as to be perfect for those who use them – the employees.

And most of these employees now work on their computers most of the time and group work is only necessary when they meet in the meeting room for exchanging information , giving and receiving feed-back and also for establishing the next targets and activities. That is why today’s office furniture revolves around computers. So all pieces of furniture should be adapted for computers, adding a special tray for the keyboard or a special place under the desk for the computer.

Yandex internet company office by Za Bor Architects
Za Bor Architects are from a Moscow based architectural office and just completed the 4th internet company office for Yandex. The entire office was designed having large and small conference rooms accompanied with a sports hall, kitchen, coffee stations, and chamber communication ‘cells’.

It is designed for people who are used to spending most of their time in front of computers and do not pay much attention to the world outside, so you will notice the lack of windows and the narrow space between offices. However, the furniture is really comfortable and ergonomic, making sure it does not cause any health problems after a long stay in the chair.
