Built into the foothills of Andes, this beautiful house offers views of the city of Santiago from almost every room. It’s a three-level house built in 2003 that’s sitting on 10,301 square feet of land. The building has 4.435 square feet of space and it incorporates four bedrooms, four baths, a spacious living and dining room, a modern kitchen and two terraces.
The entrance is located on the middle level. As you enter, you pass through a marble-floored hall and reach the living and dining room. They have custom-made beechwood floors and the living room also has a partial glass floor. Next to the living room there’s a covered terrace featuring an exterior spiral staircase to the ground floor. As you pass the dining room you get into the contemporary kitchen that has ceramic tile floor.
