Sally Field’s Malibu Home

If you hear about the name of the famous actress Sally Field and her Malibu house, you can already imagine that it is not just a simple house, which belongs to a celebrity. And indeed, it is not just an ordinary house, as besides the building itself, there are also other attractive things such as parking spaces,  a tennis court, a swimming pool, an office space and a guest house. Besides the fact that the owner is a famous person, the house has other advantages also; for example the fact that it overlooks the Tuna Canyon Park and that it is a short drive from the Pacific.

It is surrounded by a very beautiful landscape, great views over the hills and mountains. The interior is very pleasant, the wide glass windows and doors let the natural light enter the house and wash everything in a warm light. There are both traditional and modern objects that contribute to the beauty of the general atmosphere: the fireplace, which unites the two tendencies, the large table with comfortable armchairs in the living room and the pieces of furniture in the bedroom.

How To Buy A House With No Credit

Oh no, I m not joking! You read it right. A bad credit, bankruptcy or foreclosure cannot stop you from owning a house. Gone are the days when only the “solvent” could afford to buy a house. Nowadays, even a person with no credit can dream of owning a house. Of course it comes with a little more price, but something is better than nothing, right?

When can you actually start seeking a loan?

1.There are certain rules which you need to follow after your bankruptcy to be able to seek a loan. These are:-

2.The period between two bankruptcy filings is seven years but the credit report demands at least ten years.

3.FHA Guidelines list a period of two years after foreclosure to be able to qualify a down payment of just 3-4%.

4.You can get a loan even after six months of filing your bankruptcy but you have to approach hard money lenders for that. However, they demand a down payment of 20-35% and the interest rates are also very high.

The Farell House by Frank Lloyd Wright Jr.

The Farell House is centered around a romantic yard, with private pool, somewhere  in Los Feliz, in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California. It seems very simple from outside, but when you analyze it more carefully, you realize it is very complex. The building in itself is in harmony with everything around it: the yard, the pool and once you enter,  you get to see textile blocks, wood flooring, floor and ceilining walls of glass.

The colours which harmonize so well delight the viewer and make him not want to leave anymore. The apparent simplicity from the outside floats also inside. Eveything seems to be miraculous, from the walls, glass windows, wooden floors to the the modern furniture, colours, all the necessary devices existing in a house and the details which underline the personality of the owner and the originality of the home.

Monaco – the most expensive real estate in the world

Some places are better than others when considering location, climate, industry, closeness to cities and a few other elements. That is why there are many people who want to live there, so the price for real estates goes up. People working in this field have made a top with the most expensive places to live in and they have found out that the most expensive one is Monaco, followed closely by London and New York.

Or at least that is what people who wrote The Wealth Report 2011 state. It’s all about demand and offer, as there are so few people selling and so many wanting to buy. That is why  you can expect to buy only 15 square meters of real estate for $1 million in this place. After many comparisons, they estimated a cost of $65,000 per square meter in Monaco, while you would spend $56,300 in London for the same surface. So the Monaco residential area is considered top of the world and you can meet the biggest number of billionaires and stars there.

Amazing House Across a River

After a long period  in which you have worked, the idea of having a break or a holiday in the appropriate place sounds very well. And what can be more attractive than a rustic retreat in a place called Three Rivers, somewhere in California. This place is a real corner of heaven in which nature proves again to be a very dear friend.

What makes this house different from the other houses in the middle of nature? Maybe it is the river which flows under it, or the fact that everything is in the heart of nature and it is impossible not to relax and feel free. A certitude is the fact that once you see this spot, you realize it is the ideal place for a vacation, with  everything in the house or around it:  wide windows, ornamental plants, a successful combination between modern pieces of furniture and rustic elements which make the general image even more attractive and beautiful and, obviously, all the necessary devices which make a house comfortable and cosy.

The Most Expensive Apartment in China

If you were to ask somebody about the location of one of the most expensive apartments, I bet China would never even cross your mind as a possibility. However, reality always overpasses any kind of imagination and I found myself staring at the price of a penthouse apartment in China that has been recently listed for the huge sum of $42.2 million.

As you can imagine, the penthouse apartment is huge, covering a surface of 1,000 sq m and having everything you can possibly want. A big part of the price asked for this real estate is due to its location: Beijing city of China, right next to next to the Diaoyutai State Guest House. The latter was the official guest house for Jiang Qing (or Madame Mao) some time in the 1960s and 70s.

But apart from the location and area covered, this apartment benefits from parking lots in development in the center of the city which is great, too. So, China may be the last Communist state on Earth, but it does know something about fair prices for luxury real estates.{found on blogs.ft}
