Autumn is a rainy season and an umbrella is a compulsory accessory. As the weather is a probable matter you never know when you need it. One of the things that I hate about umbrellas is when the wind turns it upside down and when it is so cold that my hand freeze on the umbrella. Gorgeous DIY Autumn Leaf Bouquet

Yesterday I took a walk in the park with my little girl and my husband. We were enchanted by the splendid atmosphere and natural décor that autumn put it in front of us. The carpet of colorful leaves, the smell of the dried leaves is some of the elements that make you love this season. The variety of colors and the whole décor looked like a natural painting which enchanted our sights and other senses.

It is a hard moment when you a job is very hard to find, people cannot pay their debts on time and many firms seem to become bankrupt. The key word for these crucial moments seems to be “budget”. Everybody needs to take care of their own “budget” so that nothing can go wrong and cause them other severe problems.

Rebecca is also a person who is affected by the idea of budget. The only money she has are the $75 that she has used it successfully in transforming an empty outdated room into an attractive craft room. The outdated, wood-paneled room became a colorful and enjoyable craft room due to some cheap materials that were restored and Rebecca’s imagination and creativity.

Lovely DIY Mini River Rock Fire Bowls

Today is a foggy, cold autumn day and the image of a fireplace could warm up a little bit this atmosphere. Unfortunately I live in a block of flats and the idea of fireplace cannot be discussed in this situation. Perhaps those you live at the country side or have a house are luckier than me and can enjoy such a warm ambiance. Imagine yourself on a rocking chair near a nice fireplace which will remind you of those wonderful winter nights when you were reading a nice book or you were spending some beautiful moments with the members of your family, chatting or playing something.

Happy Halloween! Mummy Loves You!

As everybody hurries for the latest preparations for the Halloween there is not too much time for sophisticated things that can help you decorate your house for this special event. The clock is ticking and everything must be ready on time. The wreaths from the doors, the special Halloween dishware, the decorative spiders and other scary items should be prepared and on the right spot. The costume is very important too as the sweets for the Trick-or Treaters who will knock from door to door.

DIY simple side table

It’s always fun to find creative projects that you can do by yourself. Small decorative items are usually what we create but there are also other things we can come up with, for example something practical and useful like a side table. And that’s a really simply project because it doesn’t require much time or effort.

Here’s what you’re going to need to make a side table just like the one in the pictures. You’ll need a hammer, a cross-cut hand saw, an engineered square or 90-degree triangle, a sanding block, a pencil, lumber ((3) 1” x 6” x 6’, (1) 1” x 4” x 6’, (1) 1” x 3” x 6’, (1) 1” x 2” x 6’) and a box of #16 x 1 1/4″ wire nails.
