Pioneer Springs Ranch

Pioneer Springs Ranch was built in 2004 and is located in the Snowmass Village area of scenic and still pricey Aspen, Colorado. The living space is over 13,000 square feet featuring seven bedrooms including a master suite, two media/family rooms, a fabulous bar with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, a private office and an exercise room. The Pioneer Springs Ranch is listed at $25 million.

As you can imagine, an estate in the luxury and famous resort Aspen, Colorado is pretty expensive, but it’s not just the location that makes it worth the money. It’s the area covered by the ranch, the number of rooms, the interior design and the things used for decorating it, the details that make the whole and they certainly did a great job this time.

The ranch looks big and welcoming, both on the inside and outdoors, too, with comfortable sofas placed near the outdoor pool and beautiful flowers in among the tables on the terrace. It’s not just a home for two but it is made to have lots of guests. The house has a pretty traditional way on the outside, but it has all the things you need – all of them really expensive and in good taste. So if you want to buy it or just want to see what a property of its value looks like, take a look.

Belgravia Property by Rigby & Rigby

Having a fully furnished and beautiful house is what everyone yearns for. The Belgravia property is something that will leave you startled. It is incredibly beautiful and it is designed amazingly fine taking care of each and every corner. The living room is also decorated amazingly with a picture of a barren tree spreading its arms all across the walls.

The color combination and the use of interesting furniture are equally captivating. The kitchen is designed with the use of polished wood and glass ceiling so as to impart enough light during the day. The use of wooden cupboards and drawers inside the kitchen makes it more beautiful.

This property shows a fortunate combination of comfort and good taste, of simplicity and refinement, beautiful decorations and an almost minimalist design. The house is painted in white and so is the furniture, what gives an overall impression of large rooms and spaces, which is also emphasized by the apparent lack of furniture, keeping only the pieces that are necessary. However, the rooms have something that remind you of the old Victorian style and also the elegance of the wealthy homes in England or France.{found on Adelto}

Trailer wrap project of Michael Hughs

Have you ever imagined the modern mobile homes that you can take away along with you wherever you go. The latest trailer wrap project by Michael Hughs is the best thing that can happen in the world of architecture in this field of trailers.

Now you do not have to pack your stuff and clothes anymore but you can carry your house along with you wherever you go. It is designed beautifully and also provides you with your personal lobby that is open so that you can enjoy the view around you completely.

Yes, it’s true. These pictures were taken inside a trailer, not inside a normal home, I mean one that is built on land. Maybe the designers were inspired by snails which can carry their house with them everywhere they go, so they designed something similar for human beings, too. You only need the wish to buy it and then you have the freedom to travel all over the world in your own home. Look at the fantastic interior design.

The choice of wooden panels and floors and the minimalist, yet very useful furniture is amazing. You have there everything you need, even if in smaller sizes, but cleverly arranged. And the idea of saving some space for the “lobby” where you can stay indoors and savour your meal and yet being able to enjoy the view is just brilliant.

House by Angelo Cassiello

The grand view house by Angelo Cassiello is something that can be completely compared to heaven. It is designed so beautifully that you will never want to go out of this house. It dazzles in the night and looks flawless during the day.

Everything, right from the interior to the garden outside is perfectly coordinated with the design of the house. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings around you. Each and every part of the house is designed with the latest furniture and gadgets.

The living room area is very well delimited by the stone walls and the use of stone can be also seen in the way he arranged the bathroom. This feature gives the house a rustic appearance or better said a touch of rustic cabin, but somehow combined with all the benefits of technology. Glass is heavily used , but in a very clever way, so  it gives you the idea of space, freedom and cleanliness and adds an extra feature to the house architecture, leaving you the possibility to admire the surroundings from indoors.

The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings, giving you the permanent idea of freedom and open space and the furniture is really comfortable and large enough to make you feel fine. Everything in it is examined to the tiniest detail and chosen carefully so as to fit the whole picture like a piece of the puzzle.

The Singapore Civic & culture centre by Aedas

The Singapore Civic & culture centre by Aedas is something that will strike your attention from distance. It is designed in the shape of a ship that seems to be sailing high in the sky. The use of patch work on the top shines due to reflection of sunlight. The top is open and you can enjoy the beautiful view around you in the evening. The interior of the centre is incredible beautiful and attractive.

Actually this is only the design for this building because it will be finished some time in 2011. The building is designed by the guys from Aedas and looks like a blimp or a fat spaceship. It is supposed to be really high – about 40 metres high and be the most important landmark in the area.

Any way, it is made of two main parts: the base that will house a lot of galleries and museums and the grand foyer that is up in the air and offers a spacial and spectacular view to the visitors. The whole complex will cover about 24,000 sq.m and will be great both as design and as appearance.

FKL architects

You will certainly be dumbstruck after looking at the marvelous house design by FKL architects. The use of gray and black colors makes it look superior and classy. The use of large window allows the right amount of light inside the house and also lets you enjoy the beautiful view around you. The interior of the house is equally impressive and you will want  to have one for yourself. The beauty of the house is further accentuated in the night when the lights turn on.

These architects from FKL are professionals and they are a very good example of modern architects that use right angles and simplicity when designing these modern looking and impressive buildings, but at the same time they somehow make them fit the environment and not disturb it, but even emphasize it. You can see they used mainly concrete and glass around a frame of steel that is able to support the whole building, but the glass windows reflect the scenery around the building, which is great.

The inside of the house is also important and you will certainly notice the minimalist style, which is a good thing nowadays when we do not have so much space. The furniture is chosen to be made of wood, which brings a touch of natural to the interior design and makes the house warm and welcoming instead of cold. Any way, the overall impression is one of good job made by professionals who only thought of the benefits for the people living there.

Nuevo-museo-tamayo Extension

The Nuevo-museo-tamayo extension has been designed impressively by Rojkind architects. It is one of the best creations by the Rojkind architects. The extension exhibits white and blacks shades during the day. It is created in a three dimensional way with the stairs sitting beneath it.

The stairs are detailed with various patterns and the interior is reflected outside through the glass windows. The entire area is surrounded by nature so that you can enjoy the beautiful view around you

Well, at least that was what they intended. The idea was for the architects from Rojkind to design the plans for the building of the new museum called Tamayo in honour of the Mexican muralist Rufino Tamayo. Everything was established and the guys who won the competition for designing the museum made a good job imagining a great building that apparently looks like a cross , but actually comes from an unfolded cube.

Any way, suddenly the Mexican authorities changed all plans and said they needed more green space instead of museum. So, even if the site for building the museum was already chosen and agreed upon (somewhere near Atizapan, in the surrounding area of New Mexico), the project was postponed indefinitely. So what you see in the pictures is actually a three dimensional design.
