Minimal Modern Black and White by Ecole

Here is a minimal design by Ecole. The best part of this project are the modern and cool stair cases which are suspended. The studio is designed around three principal activities: architecture, design and graphic design. The colors used are the neutral black and white. I guess this elegant combination never gets old or out of fashion. You see it everywhere. There are black and white clothes, black and white furniture pieces, black and white cookies and so on and so forth.

This time there’s an entire project based only on these two colors, on non-colors to be more specific. The result is a very elegant, stylish and sophisticated design that captures the artistic side of the structure. The suspended stairs are really unique and unusual. If you’re worried about your safety, there’s no reason to be. They are very safe and resistant. You might not feel very safe when you’ll be using them, but you’ll get used to them and after that they will only look cool.

This house was designed by the famous architect Jack DeBartolo Jr., the chief architect of DeBartolo Architects. This house is inspired by the Modern Desert Design. The mansion is located nearby to the World Famous Camelback Inn. From this place, you can also enjoy both the Camelback as well as the Mummy mountains. This house is located in Colonia Miramonte, Arizona which is a very quiet and protected location.

This house is very elegantly designed. The interior designing is also perfect. It is very easy to maintain this house since materials such as slate, steel and glass are used for its interior pieces. The house contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is also a car garage which can accommodate 2 cars. This house is priced at 1,595,000$.

It’s a relatively small place, perfect for a small family. The surrounding are gorgeous and fascinating. The glass doors and large windows create a very modern look and they allow you to enjoy the view from the outside without getting out of the house. Of course there’s also a downside of this feature: everybody else can see what you’re doing in there as well so you might feel exposed. But considering that it’s a relatively protected location, you’ll be safe.

This house is designed by the architects of Circle West Architects, which is an award winning architectural firm. This house is constructed keeping the picture of the desert in mind. The chief materials used for its construction are Steel, Glass and concrete floats. The house provides a unique connection between the indoors and the outdoors. The house also provides you with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains located in Paradise Valley.

I really appreciate the way that the house integrates in the surroundings. It looks organic. Also it’s very interesting to see the nature penetrates the walls, figuratively speaking, and it gradually takes over the interior as well.
