For his first commision in New York, architect Frank Gehry has reinterpreted the design language of the steel that reflects the changing light, transforming the appearance of the building throughout the day. Moreover the 76-storey tower offers dramatic living spaces and amenity spaces with custom furnishings and installations. But wait, that’s not all! This luxurious New York property includes a four-storey, public school, an ambulatory care center for New York Downtown Hospital, parking for 175 cars for hospital use, and neighbourhood-oriented ground-floor retail space. It also presents two lovely landscaped public plazas designed by Field Operations.
