The commercial building in Bolzano has the head office of Baas and in the new building it has its sales division positioned at the ground floor, repair shop and exposition area on first floor and administration department on the second. It is a closed building with the separation between the private and public sector. The sales and the exhibition area are highly visible due to the glass facades on Northern side of the building. Sun screen system protects the exposed parts of the building that includes East, West and South. The place is well lit and planned with the vivid entrance hall at center.
