The space has  to accommodate  the housing needs of a family  and a small private institute of Greek language and history at  the lower level of the plot.  The ground floor residence is based on open space living solutions , with the  existing space very well compartmented  managing to create the perfect mix  between utility, comfort and looks.  At the first floor  there are two apartments for each child of the family. The apartments have two rooms  each and  thanks to the design and position of each room , the entire building  benefits from the natural ventilation and sunlight.

The building looks like a concrete cube with a few openings   covered by wood panels, to ensure both privacy when needed  and shade. The interesting part is that this house was build  following a concept deriving  directly from the traditional housing in that area. This  element represents  a courtyard in the middle of the construction and all the other  spaces of the building are arranged  around it.
