Usually, I don’t like speaking about hotels or resorts, because most of them look the same or have the same target, and they don’t present so much interest for me. This time I will make an exception, because I was very impressed by the location and tidy appearance of this amazing place. The luxurious Forte Village Resort is located in Sardinia, Italy, only a 45 minutes drive from Cagliari airport. Looking at this place, the first impression you make is that it is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, a place immersed in a big tropical garden.

The resort’s interior follows precisely the Mediterranean style trends; every single room is decorated using warm colors, wooden floors, not so high ceilings with old wooden beams and simple wooden furniture. For those who have young children, some suites have separated bedrooms for them, to offer privacy for their parents who also want to spend great moments in their vacation. Matrimonial suites are very romantic, elegant and sophisticate, with big, comfortable beds and great views.

This resort focuses on having special places for people who want to spend great moments outside. So, there is a beautiful landscaped garden surrounding the place, with a beautiful swimming pool and lounge chairs for those who want to bask in the sun. All the vegetation and shrubs separate the property from the sea side, a place for those who want to have a lot of fun with their friends playing watersports. The resort has also a Thalassotherapy center, a gym, a Mini Club for kids, tennis courts and a go-kart.
