You need to ensure that the area around the condenser is clear of leaves, bushes, grasses, etc so that the fan can breathe and gets the maximum air. Inspect and clean the air filters regularly (every month) especially during the hot summer months. In addition, depending upon the usage, do not hesitate to replace the filters at an interval of 60 to 90 days.

As the drain pipe is the only way, the central air conditioner has to eliminate the cool water generated in the system; you need to ensure that the drain pipe is unclogged and clean. If it gets clogged, it may ruin floors, carpets, ceilings and literally anything.
