Wine bottles, once they’re empty, don’t have much value. They can still be recycled or repurposed but usually they are used as recipients. It’s why other uses become so much interesting. For example, this wine bottle chandelier is quite ingenious. It has a unique charm that can’t really be achieved with anything else.

The chandelier can be purchased at the price of 383.25 euros and it features authentic green—glass wine bottles. The bottles have been cleverly repurposed and in this context they even have an artistic impact on the design. The chandelier’s overall dimensions are 18″ diameter, 33″ high and it comes with a 6’ chain. The structure is made of iron and it’s decorated with repurposed wine bottle with cork stoppers. Since each bottle is unique in its own way, this means that each chandelier is a one-of-a-kind as well.

Each individual chandelier has unique details and rich textures and even the idea itself makes it special. It functions with 4 bulbs, type A, 60 watt and it weights 30 pounds. It requires minimal assembly but professional installation is recommended. The frame and the bottles can be easily cleaned using a soft, dry cloth or a static duster and harsh chemicals should be avoided as they can damage the finish. The chandelier has a simple design it could also be sued as inspiration for your own DIY project.
