This stylish house is located by the sea, near Lorient. It’s a holiday home that was built for relaxation, entertainment and, of course, for the views. The residence has been remodeled and enlarged by designer Yann Falquerho. It has an interesting look, retro but also chic and somewhat modern.

The residence is small, measuring only 55 square meters. It’s located only 5 minutes away from the sea, in a beautiful area in Larmor Plage. It’s an idead place to spend the holidays, to visit on vacations and week-ends and any time you need to relax or have some fun with the family or friends. Currently, the house features an eclectic interior design.It has antique furniture and plenty of recycled objects. The house includes an office area with glass walls. The interior décor is some of the areas in industrial, with a vintage touch. The office features a metal desk and a matching chair together with some antique elements.

There’s also a nursery, decorated with plush everywhere and soft pastel colors. The master suite is very minimalist, with natural colors, wooden walls and nothing but the essentials. The corner bathroom is pretty small and shares the same simple design. The extension of the house is immediately visible from the outside.
