The whole structure is made up of vertical columns, which is normally called as beams and made up of  steel and the west wall is an exception which is made up of concrete of height 12 meters to provide safety from earthquakes. There is no wall on the east side to allow the proper sunlight to the house.

The house has three levels, Basement which has garden and gives ventilation and sunlight. The basement is currently used as the office by the current owner. The second level is the ground floor where the floor plan looks like an L with the entrance at certain angle. This has the living room, outdoor sitting area and kid’s playground along with a lot of windows. Then we have the first floor which has 2 children bedrooms, a master bedroom and a normal bedroom. The living room is a square of 5 meters side and the height is 3.4 meters. The two sides are connected by the kitchen and the main door. To be simple this is the house of the future.{found on contemporist }
