Alessi Shiba Saucepans

I have a lot of pots and pans in my kitchen, but I use only a few of them, usually the ones with a medium size that are very useful and easy to handle. I also prefer the kitchen items that are covered with a special layer that prevents the food from sticking on them and the ones with lids. Any way, I found these wonderful saucepans on Amazon and I thought I should share.

These Shiba saucepans are produced by the manufacturer called Alessi and designed by the Japanese Fukusawa. The teamwork led to a great product that you can see in the pictures. The saucepans are made of multiply (AISI 430, aluminum, 18/10 stainless steel) mirror polished and come with their own lids. What I like most about them are the wooden handles because I simply hate getting burnt from the metal handles of the pots. So if you want to order them, you can do that for $154.
