When you have a home with a small floor surface, you have to be clever about it and to use the space in the best way possible. But when your home is also an attic apartment, things get even more complicated. The shape of the walls and the angled ceilings definitely don’t make things easier. There are usually many dead corners in such apartments. It’s because you can’t use those spaces for much, definitely not the way you would work with a normal apartment.

Still, there are ways in which you can make the best out of such a situation. It just happens that we found a very nice example for you. This is an apartment that measures only 45 square meters. It’s actually a mini-apartment given the size. Nevertheless, it doesn’t look that small. The rooms don’t seem crowded and the slanted walls don’t seem to be such a huge problem. A playful take on the modern design that suits the Dublin Google Campus perfectly

As any of us would expect it, any new Google building, headquarters or campus has to have a playful and colorful design. It’s the look that suits it perfectly and also a look that captures the company’s essence vision. Today we’re going to take a look at the new Google Campus from Dublin, Ireland.

The campus is a collection of four buildings. They can all be found in the center of the historic docklands district and they offer more than 47.000 square meters of office spaces where teams from 65 countries can interact and work together. The campus was designed by Swiss architecture studio Camenzind Evolution in collaboration with local firm Henry J. Lyons Architects.
