3602 Apollo Bachelor Pad in Salt Lake City

This house is interesting for those who own more than 1 car. Located at 3602 Apollo in Salt Lake City, Utah, this bachelor pad is exactly what a smart and modern man looks for his living space. The interiors are fairly masculine with all of the dark wood, gray floors, cast concrete and white walls. It almost reminds me of the coolest bachelor pad ever. The house is on sale for $699,000, without cars!

This is an interesting design. It seems to have been especially created for single men, that are looking for a place to live by themselves, with no obligations. It has just the necessary pieces with no additional useless decorations and details. This is something that women usually like to add, and it’s not necessarily bad, it’s just useless. The living room is very simple, but there’s a very comfortable sofa in there, a place where you can spend some time with your friends or maybe have a little chat with a close person, if you know what I mean.

As expected, the kitchen is not very sophisticated. The most important piece is placed right in the middle. It’s the bar, of course. It’s something that all modern homes should have, not just this one. I’m surprised to see that there’s a fireplace in there. A very simple one, but still, it’s there. Overall, this is a very simple place, perfect for a single and independent man that likes cars.
