We’re going to start with the strongly modern DRSL Paparazzi lamp. It was created by Mónoculo Design Studio and it’s a replica of a reflex camera lens. The pendant lamp is handcrafted and it’s made of high quality materials with fine finishes. In addition, the lens hood can also be removed and reversed, greatly changing the look of the lamp. Made of alder wood with water-based varnish and beeswax finish, this piece has an eco-friendly design that would look wonderful in a modern or contemporary space.

For those that love nature and would like to feel closer to it and to bring a piece of it in their home, we have a special design. This is the Babylon pendant lamp. It was designed by Toronto-based Ryan Taylor and it’s made of powder-coated aluminum. The most important part is the mini-garden that’s incorporated in the design. This is a light fixture on which you can plant your favorite herbs. It would look great in the kitchen but it would also add freshness to the living room.

The final design we’re showing you today is called the Meltdown. It’s a series of pendant lamps that were created by Swedish designer Johan Johan Lindstén for Cappellini. The inspiration came from the nuclear accident from Fukushima and it was an attempt to get something beautiful out of it. The bulbs melt through the glass and give the pendant lamps their shapes.
