Rather than being disturbing and unpractical design, this is actually a very functional choice. Most of the rooms have openings to the exterior and this allows the users to benefit from more privacy and to have a feeling of independence towards the rest of the house. There’s a garden walls that acts as a barrier, defining the public and private areas of the house. The other rooms are cleverly divided. The great room wing is located to the south while the bedroom wing is on the north.
